Commission structure:
- Based on total monthly earnings of hosts and sub-agents.
- Commission percentage ranges from 4% to 20%, increasing with higher earnings.
Calculating agency salary:

Agency Salary = (Host Earning \times Agency Commission Rate) + (Sub Agent Host Earning \times (Agency Commission Rate - Sub Agent Commission Rate))

Commission transfer:
- Immediately transferred to earnings points once a gift is received by hosts/sub-agents.
Special notes:
- Indian agents get coins as commission from inviting agents earning.
- Agents from other countries get commission in points from inviting other agents.
